My Groupon / Living Social code is not being accepted.

Groupon US Customers:
If your Groupon code is not being accepted, it may be because you are entering the Groupon number as opposed to the voucher code. The voucher code will be located in the middle of your Groupon and will consist of 8 letters and no numbers.

If the code you're trying to use has numbers and a dash, that is the number for the Groupon itself and not the voucher code.

Groupon UK Customers:
Use the redemption code that has 6 letters and 4 numbers which is located on the top left corner of your voucher.

*If you've already set up your membership you no longer need your voucher code. The code was only needed once to set up your membership. To use your membership simply browse for classes, click on a class, and then click "PLAY NOW" to stream, or "DOWNLOAD" to order the download version.

If you see a price instead of a "DOWNLOAD" button it's either because you're viewing a Content Partner class (which are not available to download for free), or you are out of your allotted free downloads for the month and need to wait until the next billing period.
