Why was my credit card declined?

This can happen for a variety of reasons. First thing to do is check that you entered the card number, expiration date, and security code correctly. If you feel all of your information is correct and the order is still declined, the best thing to do is contact your credit/debit card issuer. Typically you can find the customer service number for the issuer on the back of the card. 

Also, if you are outside of the US, please make sure that you don't have any unusual characters in your name, address, or other information as this has been known to cause issues with our payment processor.
