Unable to download classes

I have tried to download some classes and every time I get the message

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed

I have tried putting things in the basket and 'buying' and just pressing the download button. The result is the same.

The website is responding perfectly.

Why is this happening?

The same is happening with me. This is the 2nd time I've been unable to download a purchased class. Would be good to get this sorted.

Thank you for contacting us! I assume that you are referring to our Roku app, correct? If so, the Roku software does periodically update itself, which resets the channel. In this case, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that works. If it doesn’t, please email us at as I do not want to post your personal information publically.
