I get an error message when I try to register and get started on this website. I'm using my ipad. Is that a problem?

I am not sure if my registration has been confirmed as the system did not indicate acceptance or rejection. Tried to log in. Again same problem. Would like to purchase a one year unlimited membership ... How?

Not sure if I was able to register. Then tried to login just in case the registration had been accepted. The system does not seem to be responding.

Sorry you are experiencing trouble. There is not an account associated with your email address <email@example.com>.
To purchase a Yearly Elite Membership, follow the instructions below:
1. Visit the Subscription Memberships page
2. Click “Join Now” under the corresponding membership you would like
3. Click “Checkout now”.
4. Create an account or log in.
5. Click “View cart” in top right corner of page.
6. Click “Checkout now”.
7. Review terms of service. Click “Make purchase”.
To use your membership simply add classes to your shopping cart and then continue through the checkout process by clicking “Checkout Now”. You can do this an unlimited number of times.

I registered, paid and now I am trying to login with my user name and password. each time I try it says "login failed. Please remember passwords are case sensitive." I had you send me my username and password, which are exactly what I am entering, still no luck. Frustrating!
